Coaching with Me

I work with clients to create a powerful partnership where opportunities and challenges are explored in an open-minded, nonjudgemental and transparent environment. Through a thought-provoking and creative process clients design their unique agenda to discover, define and achieve their ultimate goals. Along the way, clients connect to their "why?," and maximize their personal and professional potential. At the same time, I help clients better understand and overcome blocks standing in the way of their success. Throughout the journey clients are accountable for their progress, ensuring they grow and develop as the ideal leader they seek to be at work, home and beyond.

Coaching is a fairly new profession that originated in the 1980s and has grown into a respected field with many applications. In the last decade its popularity has boomed and that's because, it works! But, its likely you still have some questions. I know I did. Finding a coach you connect with is one of the most important factors in developing a rich and rewarding relationship. I'm happy to offer complementary sessions where potential clients can tell me about themselves and ask any questions they may have about coaching. I'll share a bit about my coaching style, how I can support you in achieving your goals and we'll discuss if the partnership is a good fit for both of us.
